EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

This position will oversee the organization’s educational initiatives, community partnerships, and engagement efforts. The Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing Spark Central’s impact while ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and goals. As part of a small and collaborative team, this role may occasionally assist with station operations when coverage is needed, reinforcing Spark Central’s commitment to accessibility and community support.

Hours: This is a full-time position with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.

Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience. Medical, dental, vacation, paid sick leave.

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Guided by our mission, the Development Director works collaboratively with the Executive Director, Development Committee, and other board and staff members to create and implement an annual Development Plan. This role focuses on fundraising and relationship-building to ensure financial sustainability and foster new organizational growth.

Hours: This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule. Evening and weekend availability is required for development events and donor meetings. Remote work is possible for part of this role, though frequent in-person participation at meetings and events is essential.

Compensation: $68,000-$75,000 depending on experience. Medical, dental, vacation, paid sick leave.
